Are you a kind and compassionate individual with a proven interest in helping others? Connect Fermanagh provides telephone support to individuals feeling lonely or isolated across Fermanagh.
Connect Fermanagh is a valuable service for many of our most vulnerable and isolated individuals. The coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, recruiting and supporting volunteers, promotion, managing referrals and for regular monitoring and reporting, ensuring we continue to provide a high quality, responsive service.
We are seeking a well organised, self-motivated individual with a genuine passion for working with people of all ages and backgrounds. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting vulnerable adults and experience of supervising staff or volunteers.
This post is 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday but will require flexibility, occasional evening and weekend working.
